Zhejiang Wankai New Materials Co., Ltd subordinated to Zhejiang Zhink Group was established in Mar. 2008. It is located at Jianshan New District, Haining City which is the geographical center of Yangtze Delta, the most vigorous area of China economy. It is around 100kms far from Shanghai, and 20kms from Hangzhou, and close to three international airports: Shanghai Hongqiao, Pudong & Hangzhou Xiaoshan. The products can be shipped out through four nearby international sea ports: Yangshan, Shanghai, Ningbo and Jiaxing. The second Hang Zhou Bay Bridge, connecting Jiaxing and Shaoxing, is across Jianshan New District. It is just 10kms far from the 1st Hangzhou Bay Bridge. The plant has significant geographical advantage.

The total investment on bottle grade PET project reaches around RMB1.5 billion. The designed capacity (250kts) of 1st stage project is scheduled to go into operation in Sep., 2010; the 2nd & 3rd one will follow within next two or three years, the final target is to build up an annual capacity of 1 million tons. It will make the company to be one of major PET (bottle grade) manufacturers in local and global market.

CP, we are cooperating with CTIEI (China Textile Industrial Engineering Institute), an international polymer project designer and supplier. The technology and equipment of SSP were imported from Buhler, Switzerland, who is the most well-known SSP provider in the world. Relying on these high-tech equipment & superior technology, the PET we make is characterized by low heavy metal, ash, acetaldehyde content and steady processability. It can be applied in beverage & food package industries like drinking water, hot-filling, CSD, edible oil, wine and others like film, sheet, and industrial yarn.
